About Me

For more than 15 years, I’ve worked alongside entrepreneurs and small business owners, helping them strengthen their marketing systems, clarify their messaging, and create a smoother path for clients to move from interest to inquiry.

Over time, one pattern became very clear: many businesses invest heavily in marketing, but the message and client experience are not always aligned with the audience they are trying to reach.

​

Through years of evaluating businesses from the customer’s perspective, I became known for quickly identifying where messaging, marketing, and systems were working — and where they were quietly preventing growth.

​

Much of my work grew through word of mouth. For more than five years, every project came through referrals from business owners who had experienced the impact of refining their messaging and improving the way potential clients interact with their business.

In one role, I was initially brought in to help improve customer flow and marketing systems, and was later asked to step into the role of COO as the company expanded - giving me deeper experience in how marketing, operations, and client experience must work together to support sustainable growth.

Today, I help service-based businesses streamline their messaging and client journey so the right leads turn into paying clients.
