At Client Led Solutions, our services are delivered under formal written agreements and contracts.

No Refund Policy

All services provided by Client Led Solutions are governed by signed client contracts. As a result:

• Payments made for services are non-refundable.

Contract Terms Govern Refunds

​

Any refund eligibility must be explicitly stated within the client’s signed agreement.

If a refund is not specified in the contract, no refund will be issued.

 

Written Mutual Agreement

In rare circumstances, a refund may occur only if both parties agree in writing.

Such agreements must be documented and approved by authorized representatives of both Client Led Solutions and the client.
